National Summer Teacher Institute on Innovation, STEM, and Intellectual Property (Sylvia keynote)

Sylvia will keynote the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)’s first National Summer Teacher Institute on Innovation, STEM, and Intellectual Property on August 10-14, 2014, in Santa Clara, California. In cooperation with the Office of Congressman Michael Honda (CA-17), this multi-day professional development training opportunity is designed to help middle and high school teachers incorporate concepts of making, inventing, and intellectual property creation and protection into classroom instruction.
