Barnes & Noble Mini-Maker Faire (Torrance)

Gary Stager and Sylvia Martinez will be at the Torrance Del Amo Mall Barnes & Noble for their Mini-Maker Faire. It’s being held Nov 5&6th across the US celebrating making, crafting, technology, and more.
We will be at the Torrance Barnes & Noble Saturday Nov 5 at 4PM talking about why schools should be more like Maker Faires, a celebration of learning, and how to make that happen. We’ll be signing our bestselling book, Invent To Learn: Making, Tinkering, and Engineering in the Classroom too!
Parents, kids and teachers are welcome!
The Mini Maker Faire at Barnes & Noble brings together tech enthusiasts, crafters, educators, engineers, science club members, students, entrepreneurs, hobbyists and Makers of all kinds to learn from each other, get craft ideas and science fair project ideas, hear the experts, and work on projects.
