So. Cal Maker Education Exchange

December 7, 2017 @ 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Free event for Southern California Maker Educators. Let’s talk about how making can happen in our schools!

Please join us for this special FREE Maker Education Exchange, brought to you in partnership with MakerEd.

It’s not easy to bring maker education into the classroom, so don’t do it alone! This special meetup brings together passionate educators and makers to talk about what hands-on, minds-on learning looks like in real classrooms, libraries, and other learning spaces. You don’t have to be a maker! Please come even if you are just curious about the opportunities for real 21st century learning in our schools.

The highlight of the evening will be Special Guest Speaker, Sylvia Martinez, Co-Author of Invent to Learn: Making, Tinkering, and Engineering in the Classroom.

Limited spaces, so RSVP sooner than later. Food and drinks to be provided, supported by MakerEd.

Join the Maker Movement here in SoCal!
